I am writing an app that consumes a web service. The web service returns a string that is XML. I need to parse that somehow into xml and then stuff into a table for viewing? any ideas any help?

In general should I be using the eclipse JDE plugin for this kind of complicated stuff?

There is no built in XML parser in an MDS Runtime application.. you would have to write your own XML parser using Regular expressions in JavaScript.
