Unhappy stolen phone

Please Login to Remove!

My cell phone was stolen when in France - how do I stop someone using it and my information. I have since switched devices and have a new pin - I still have the pin of the stolen phone, can I wipe it clean etc. When I go to my Blackberry Protect it says no devices connected. Any help or information would be very much appreciated.
