This only happens with the personal email account. BES policy allows receiving personal emails but can't get the full email as More does not work.

Hard reboot several times already

Can't find the link to resend service book.

What else can I do?

Live with the security policy imposed by your employer or find another job. You could try talking to your BES admin and asking if that is the way it is supposed to work.[

Oh wait -- I have an even better idea. Buy your own PERSONAL BB to use for your personal email and you can do whatever you want on it.

Moved tot he BES Admin section. Agree with TXLady. If you feel the need for your personal email on the company BB, then you probably should get your own personal device. Never a good idea to mix company and personal stuff.

I am guessing this is part of the IT policy. I thought it'd disable the personal email all together. So now I understand that can be done differently.

A BES administrator can configure the user so they can ONLY receive personal email.

Check with your BES administrator to see if your company allows BIS email (personal email). If they do allow personal email, then the issue may be something with service books.
