My photo camera screen is perfectly fine
But on my video camera screen it fills the whole screen with something like this:

The basic questions:

What have you done as far as software, themes, drops, moisture exposure ...?

What have you done already to trouble shoot?

Has it been doing this since you got it? Or did it work ok for you before?

Have you tried a hard reset?

1. No new software compared to when it did work, No moisture and it is only the video that is effected not the still camera...

2. none tbh didn't know where to start.

3. No, It only started (or I noticed it started) last week

I have only had it for ehm... 3 - 4 weeks now.

No idea. Have you searched? If others have seen this, odds are high it has been discussed.
I wonder.... Do you have another microSD card you could try (assuming you are using a microSD card)?

EDIT: I looked real quick, just here on the forum, and didn't see anything similar. At least nothing jumped out.

If you bought it new 3-4 weeks ago, go back to the store and let them sort it out, maybe exchange the device, if you don't solve it first.

In the meantime, I would try another battery pull. With the blackberry power on, remove the battery and wait a good minute, and then try again.

hmmm...

IDK wither it was a batter pull (which I had previously tried) or if it was pulling out the momry then re inserting, but w/e it was, it works again after a week lol...

I've read instances where the 2nd or 3rd battery pull did the trick. And sometime it has been a 2 or 3 minute wait before replacing the battery. I suspect it was the battery pull. But who knows.

to me it seems like a software issue. i would try reloading the OS
