Default Scripts won't run on BB's?

Please Login to Remove!

To start, I am a bit of a newbie developer.

I am trying to move some intranet pages over to the BB browser and basic scripts don't seem to run.
They were originally VBScript, then converted to Javascript and I still can't get them to work.
Am I missing something basic?

It is an html page that has one drop down to select a name and onchange it presents the content....the script just runs through an If-then-elseif statement and assign values to variables.....
The dropdown list won't run the script "onchange".....
Tried several different BB's, nothing works..

Thanks for any help!

Have you tried going into the Options of the Broswer and clicking on the Support JavaScript option? I don't think this option is enabled by default.

Script support on the BB browser is almost nil.

I did request all users to check Options for "enabling scripts" or such and still to no avail.

If you have any other ways of making the following work, please advise.

function determine(){
var title;
var extension;
var cell;
var email;
var sb;
var field_employees;
var fe

fe=document.form_employee.field_employees.value

if(fe==1){
name="Name1";
title="Manager1";
ho="Address1";
sb="416-123-1111";
extension=" x111";
cell="416-123-1111";
email="name@domain.com"

}else if(fe==2){ ;
name="Name2";
title="Title2";
ho="Address2";
sb="416-123-2222";
extension=" x222";
cell="N/A";
email="name2@domain.com"

}else{

}

document.write("<font face=Arial size=2>" + name + " <br>" + title + " <br>" + ho + " <br>" + sb + extension + " <br>Cell: " + cell + " <br>" + email + "<br><a href='employee.htm'>back</a></font>")

}

All the data needs to reside in the HTML file (long story) so a database isn't an option.

Thanks for the help!
