Default MDS Connection Service

Please Login to Remove!

Is the MDS Service required for users to browse the internet on their BB? Or is it only required for secure browsing via a proxy?

If I don't install the MDS Service will normal email functionality still work?

There is a separate install for MDS Services - is this separate from the MDS Connection Service itself (which is part of the overall BES install).

If I do install the MDS Connection Service on the BES, is it easy to uninstall it and move the MDS component to a different computer later on (for security reasons).

Default Re: MDS Connection Service

which version are you talking about?

MDS CS is needed to surf internet if you want to control it

MDS services is no longer supported on BES 5

you can always remove and add later on

May I suggest you read the manuals
