Error Message

My friend has an 8900 Curve. I tried to fix it for her but couldn't figure it out. Whenever she tries to save a new contact in her address book it displays a message that says:
"UncaughtException:net.rim.device.api.system.Objec tGroupReadOnlyException". When this happens it won't go away and she has to turn her blackberry off and back on in order to get rid of the message. It seams as though it saves the contact, but it is quite the hassle. Help?
