Default Message when hanging up..

Do you wanna goto homescreen and continue call" even though I am trying to hang up

It doesn't happen every time, but every 4 or 5 times and I am certain I am not hitting both keys

I googled and saw a few others with it and Tmobile did not know what it was. He suggested give it a few days, if the problem persists, do a Security Wipe and if that doesn't work,

1. Do a Security Wipe

Or

2. Reinstall Software Using Apploader

We may not need those if there is a solution but education purposes, what is going to do more, clean up everything for sure. I believe he said that 2 takes the longer of the 2 but 1 is done by just hitting 1 key and the pswd(s) but reverts it back to day one

But hopefully it won't happen, that's why I came here--in hopes that someone has a solution or has seen it happen

thanks a whole lot. I hope to hear back.

Dankarlinski (and others) thanks for reading so quickly.

I have to apologize. On my end I have always had poor concentration and comprehension, thus, not a great ability to express myself clearly.

I will try again. It is very simple. When I go to hang up the Blackberry 8900, I occasionally get a message that says "Do You Wish To Continue To Homescreen & Continue Call?"

This happens when clearly only the end key has been hit. I have paid close attention to this. I have also noted that it is random. could be every 2nd time, then go 5, then even 8 or 10, then 2 in a row.

I have seen a couple of googled guys who have had this problem.

We may or may not find out what it is, but it is a new phone. I have had a killer time getting thru to Tmobile also and when I do, I am sure they are not as qualified as any of you or any of the moderators on here. The guy 1 guy I got broke it down to me hitting both keys ( I told him I wasn't but I am human so...), then he said it could be a software problem, then we were thinking both keys on the keypad were connected (Escape and End)

Thanks Dankarlinski
