Default So confused please help

Please Login to Remove!

I bought 8700G thinking it has wifi internet, but there is no bowser on the phone of any sort.

Is it hidden somewhere?

All i see is Enterprise Activation is that it? I read about it but still dont really understand what it is... i thought accessing internet via wifi is just as simple as Tmobile DASH but its not even close. i am so lost.

Also when i plug in my sim card none of the numbers show up in the address book.

I am using Tmobile btw

Thank you for any help in advance!

The 8700 does NOT have WiFi.

To get the browser icon, you will need a BlackBerry Data plan.

It is an add-on feature. T-mobile I believe is $20 or $25 a month on top of the voice plan.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

Otherwise you can use it as a paper weight

Without the data plan, you can still use the BB for voice calls and plan SMS messages.

without the data plan you can still use the bb for internet using Opera browser, but you will have to remove the IT [policy if you have one to install it properly,
i use my 8700 on a pay as you go basis with opera (in the U.K.), i dont use the net enough to have a data plan but wanted the BB as its by far the best phone i could get!!

True that you can still surf the net if you subscribe any data service. However, you must use a non-BB application.
