1st, it never a good idea to publish the numbers you did anywhere.

you need a blackberry data plan to make the BB work for anything beyond a phone. Check with the carrier and ask about Blackberry data plans.
BES is generally for businesses and a BIS is used for others. Not sure if you have the correct service so check that also.

I would edit your post to eliminate the IMEI number

Snookie on the show "Jersey Shore" just Tweeted her PIN and had to get a replacement BB immediately. Exposing these numbers is just asking for a world of hurt.

I checked with operator, everything is ok from their side. The handheld is not registering with network. We tried host routing table various times. Is there anyway oprator can make the pin deregister? I am really in deep frustration with the device.

Can anyone guide me how to get deregistration service from rim? Where my current service provider place any pin to deregister from the original operator?
