Default need help with email push

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Tmobile blackberry curve 8320 that I just had unlocked and now I'm using it on ATT. Everything works fine except that I don't get my email pushed to the phone. I can send emails out but I don't get them in. I used this phone with Tmobile and everything was fine. When I go to set up email accounts, it asks me for username and password. I don't remember either of them. Please help. The Tmobile is not willing to help because I'm no longer their customer and ATT can't figure out what's wrong.

You might need to call AT&T and have them reset your password on there end, now that you are using them.

I am having a similar problem with a tmobile 8320. I can use the phone and text on the att sim card but cannot access the web through the browser.

And I am pretty new to blackberry's as well and dont understand very much.

force10 - do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan (not T-Zones; not Internet - a BlackBerry Data Plan).

Perhaps not. I signed up for an unlimited data plan for an additional $15/month. I may not have indicated a change from my previous phone before doing so. Would a failure to do so result in the problem that I am having?

If so, is correcting the problem as simple as making a phone call? Is what I am looking for precisely the plan you mention - "a blackberry data plan"?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks. ATT does very little on its website to make that clear in any way.
