Default Playing Blackberry 8310 through car stereo

Please Login to Remove!

How do I do this? My car radio has something there underneath the radio to plug an iPod or an MP3 player into to it. Can this be done with the Blackberry? Is there an adapter that I have to buy to play my downloaded songs through my radio? There is an auxilliary selection there but I don't know what I have to buy.

Please help

If you have a casette deck in your car, you can just get an old casette adaptor (like the ones that come with portable CD players). Plug the end into your BB earphone jack.

I just a 3.5 mm cable and connect my BB that way.

Only concerns is when you make a call you have to unplug it.. Bit of a pain when driving.

You can plug the BlueTooth Stereo Gateway into the 3.5 mm jack and play music via BT the sound quality is a bit lower but it easier to use in the long run.

If that's a standard 3.5mm jack (same as on the 8310) then just get a cable to connect the two.
