After 3 hours on the phone with support and a trip to the local store, a "new" Blackberry 8800 is on its way. My 8800 lost its "EDGE" connection. Several e-mail accounts disappeared from the device. Battery pull, network reset, new sim card, 50 service books and lots of wasted time. So now someone else refurbished blackberry is on its way to me.

Anyone else in Nassau County having these probems today?

Interesting. My 8800 seems to float between GPRS and EDGE a ton -- much more than my old 8700. I saw it a lot last week in Vegas.

I was wondering if someone else is having this problem.
