We've got BES 5.0.2x and we can't login at all via the BAS, everything appears working but we just can't manage users - I've modified the BAS table and changed the admin password to berry as per a procedure I found however still unable to login, we use a domain account for services, those services start fine with this account, I can't login with this service account either.

Anyone?

did you wait 15 minutes?
Do you have 100s of log files on the server? Mine would not start until I removed some.

You could go to latest service pack too, that's an old version you are running.
