Hi all.

We are in the process of migrating from 4.6 -> 5.0 (lotus notes). In 4.6, since there was no external API, we had to use the BRK user admin tool to export all users data on a nightly basis (for import into out user provisioning tool).

What we did was a "-find -u CN=". This returned all users on the server in a CSV format. Now, however, a "-find -u CN=" returns nothing as it searches by real name now instead. I also tried adding -utype canonical_name, but that didn't give me any success either.

Is there a way to list all users with the 5.0 BRK user admin tool, or do we need to rewrite with the real API now?

I believe you need to use -find_mail_store_user

That is interesting, but -find_mail_store_user searches for all users in Domino, not just BES users.

The manual has these examples for searching Domino with -find:

# BlackBerry Enterprise Server for IBM Lotus Domino: -u "Julie Palmer" -utype display_name
# BlackBerry Enterprise Server for IBM Lotus Domino: -u “CN=Julie Palmer/O=Server01” -utype canonical_name

The display_name option works for me, but not the canonical_name option. Does it work for anyone out there with Domino?
