All day now, I try to download BES Express 5, and after I fill everything out, I get to the Submit Order part, and it comes back with a red exclamation and the message "Please contact store administrator".

I have tried giving different email addresses, postal addresses etc. It doesn't help that the customer's address isn't in RIMs postal database, but I just picked a neighbouring company from the list that comes up.

All I want is some SRP and CAL keys/IDs for an installation I am doing tomorrow. I already have the software.

If I arrive on site tomorrow and can't get the keys, or there's a delay, it'll be a wasted few hours.

It might be relevant that I already downloaded/made a purchase ($0 bes express purchase) a couple of days ago. I have tried a different browser though just in case it's a stale cookie or something, but it's not helped.

Is something broken, or is the store trying to stop me acquiring multiple free purchases ?

Same deal here. Don't think it's a browser issue. I think the BB store is broken at the moment.

I found a workaround. Click up in the address bar on that page and hit enter. I didn't think it worked but I just received the notice for two of my clients that I just registered for.

Great, I'll give it a try, thanks! I did hit the back button and got a "thanks, we'll be in touch", but that was hours ago and it didn't work. I'll try the resubmit/enter thing that you suggested.
