An Intellisync error message box pops up when I try to sync with Lotus Notes 6.5 on my PC using the USB and Desktop Manager. The error message says: "Failed to connect to the device. Please make sure the device is properly connected and try again". I'm also unable to do a backup nor configure the synchornization settings. I've tried several things, including re-installing the Desktop Manager (v.4.6), taking out and re-installing the BB battery, downgrading to a lower version of Desktop Manager (v.4.3), but the problem remains unresolved.

The PtTrace.log file under C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Intellisync shows "Error 0x83110005.-2096037883.0 at .\syncconfigmanager.cpp line 1137" and "Error Failed to load CXLServer1.dll from the product directory..4005 at .\callback.cpp line 3610" (full details below). Would appreciate if someone could advise me of a solution. Thanks!
