My 2 yr old...somehow...pulled the 'Y" key off the keyboard. I stuck it back in but is there a chance of it falling out? Is it shot or is there hope for it?

Replacing the keypad will keep that from falling out again. It is a really simple process and you can find a replacement from cnn.cn or you can call AT&T and get a replacement device shipped to you.

Thanks Sith...i popped it back in, and so far it doesn't seem to be coming out. Are these keys shot once they come out....or have people popped them in and out and all is well? This IS the replacement keyboard from cnn.cn with the red numbers. I just got it on Friday and it was sitting on my desk. I didn't even install it yet!!
