my phone was really slow, so i use "security wipe" as i want to format my device. it was working good b4 i wiped. The thing is, i can only add PIN's local only and after i add someone from out, it keep pinding and i can PIN message .. even i went to IT at MAXIS no one know a bout this problem.. please help .. also do i need to Enterprise Activation ???

First of all, doing a "security wipe" because the "phone was really slow" is not really a good idea.

However, after you did that, did you re-register your Host Routing Table and re-send your Service Books?

yes, i did and also i received " registered with WiFi"

also everthing i working internet, MSN i have only problem with adding new contact even if i delete an old contact it keeps pinding =((((

Do you have a full BlackBerry Data Plan?

Try adding the contact by email address rather than by PIN.
