im wondering witch one is better the 4.6.0.524/4.6.0.307 (East Asian + English) or 5.0.0.661/5.0.0.411 (English +East Asian) ?

Well they are both fine, though I have heard that on 5.0 that there is no vvm, that the buttons on the camera don't work, and that you may need to do the browser fix. If you do pick the 5.0 I have heard that the sweden/denmark version is better (even though they are the same os). 4.6 is fine too.

For 5.0 the sweden version, can I use Chinese charactor or write Chinese on this version?

personal opinion is that 4.6 is far more stable than 5.0. So if you are new to blackberry, it is better to use 4.6 than 5.0. Perhaps upgrade to 5.x only when further revisions are released.
