Default Bolt Browser Mystery

Please Login to Remove!

Bolt browser was officially discontinued on Dec-14-2011 and its servers were shut off. The website was originally shut off as well, but it has since been revived with a new layout (and no download links anywhere). Does anyone have any idea what's going on. There have been rumours about a possible come back as a paid app.
