Event Log Warning

Performance-wise, the Blackberry server is great.
Running dbcc checkdb against BESMGMT reveals NO ERRORS
Test connections to the Remote SQL2005 server are successful
However, I see these warnings in the Event Log (below).
I contacted Support, and after speaking to many engineers, they just shrug.
They say nothing is wrong.. and to call Microsoft if I am concerned. I should mention that we do have the BESMGMT mirrored between two SQL boxes.
There was a posting about this message, in 2007... with no responses.
