Is anyone else having problems with Hotmail on their BlackBerry? I can receive my Hotmail emails on my BlackBerry but when I open an email on my BlackBerry, the email is still marked as "Unread" when I log onto my Hotmail account from a computer. This never used to be the case before - any emails I opened on my BlackBerry were also opened in my Hotmail account.
Secondarily, the emails I sent from my BlackBerry used to be synched with my Hotmail account but this is no longer the case.
Long story short, Hotmail seems to be synching everything TO my BlackBerry but when when BlackBerry tries to synch everything BACK to Hotmail (i.e. marking emails as read, synching sent items), it isn't working. I think this change happened right around the time I downloaded the latest software onto my BlackBerry - could this have something to do with it? Is there some sort of reconciliation setting that's now thrown off? To be honest, I'm not sure whether the problem is with Hotmail or with my BlackBerry.
P.S. I do have Hotmail Plus, not the free non-POP-enabled Hotmail, and I wasn't having any problems with my Hotmail on my BlackBerry until now.
P.P.S. I've already asked the Network Admin in my company about this and he has no idea what's causing the problem or how to fix it.
