Phantom texts?

I've had this issue lately, since downloading BeBuzz, if I leave my inbox open, it will sound my ringtone and vibrate like I received a text, but when I go to check it, there's nothing there... is this because of the BeBuzz? Or is it an OS related issue? I don't want to get rid of the app, because I already paid for it...

Have you tried a battery pull? Also, are you talking about your email inbox or sms inbox?

Yeah I did a few battery pulls to no avail, and I mean my SMS box, I don't use my e-mail account on my berry...
It will only happen if I leave the SMS box open, if I close it everything's fine...

i had the same problem. it would also vibrate intil i manually stopped it. then, i cant remeber what i did but i changed a setting. now it stopped.

Its a quirk with bebuzz. I had a similar issue with berry buzz and all i had to do to prevent it was just make sure to exit the sms, dont just hit the hangup button from the messages list, actually back out of it

I usually hit the back key on almost anything I use, guess I'll just have to live with it... did anyone bring this to the creator of BeBuzz's attention?

I'm running 3.0.59, and when I go into the BB App world, it doesn't say there is an update... Is there another way to tell?

If it doesn't show an update then it is most likely the latest available.
It might be worth contacting bellshare and querying.

Since I went to OS .681, it hasn't happened... maybe something changed when I updated the OS?
