Default FM radio mini and micro USB plugins for blackberry ?

Please Login to Remove!

if this hasn't been invented yet, i wouldn't mind building one, but i'd need some help with basic electronics.... and writing an app for it....

like how ipods have the radio attachment, and how zunes have built-in fm radio....

i'd like to have something or build something like that where i can plug in a small antenna (like a micro usb dongle), load an app, and tune in to real local radio stations....

what i want to do is make something ultra small, sort of like the small usb dongles that come with some wireless mice...

but i can't find an fm tuner/antenna chip that can be used in something like that....

and then i'd need a micro and mini usb male connector to join it all together...

Moto S705 is what I use...not exactly what you're thinking of, but it's an FM radio and BT headset in one...small, works great, battery lasts.

yeah i saw that, but how do you tune into stations ?

i was thinking of the microusb connector for the antenna, and then a microsoft zune-like interface app to pick and listen to the radio station....

no disrespect intended, but all these radio station apps available for bb's are not really "radio" in the true sense of the word, they are streaming services.
i want to listen to real life local radio on my blackberry (in HD if possible).

What about Wi Fi? It would be easier for you to create something since wi fi pens exist already all you would need was to create the "drivers" for the BB to recognize the wifi pen.
I've been searching for a mini usb wifi pen to my 8700v because it does not have built in wifi :((( and during my day I'm always around places with wifi hotspots... It's a shame.
