Okay whatever you say. But the 9520 IS coming, RIM is taking their time working everything out with the Storms. Just wait.

And what do you have to back this up? Any dates?

There are so many "people on the inside" that claim they know but unless you're the CEO of a carrier no one knows for sure if and when. Since RIM doesn't sell directly to the consumer even they may not know.

I personally think it may come out later down the road but with all the new hardware available its possible that carriers will opt for the Niagra and skip the 9520 altogether. Hope I'm wrong!

First, the 9630 is a CDMA phone. And Rogers is a GSM carrier. So even if Rogers did want to get the 9630 they couldn't and the next best phone they can get is the 9520.

No, the next best thing will be something different all together. The 9520 will be bypassed.

Like the 99xx series? But RIM still has time to scrap the 9520 idea before a lot is done...;)

I used Niagra as an example but you get the point. Like carsmovies said they'll bypass it and get the next best thing.

They have the Bold, which is one of the latest BlackBerry devices, and the best in my opinion.

You do what you want though. You seem to be a very impatient individual.

In case you didn't read the whole thread, Rogers will not be releasing a storm at all.

Why are you saying they won't release it? The 9520 is still coming, and so is the 99xx to Rogers. ;)
