I renewed my contract and switched from using the 9000 to the 8520 and lost my visual voice-mail. Does anyone know why you cant use it on any other phone?? I called att and they said its not an option with the 8520 Not an option?!?!?!!!!........and just why not? i have the icon for it since i upgraded to 5.0.
I already paid my price to att a few years ago when i purchased the bold for over 300.00! I feel i was punished for renewing my contract.
