This is my fourth blackberry but the first time I am trying to put new themes in the BB that are jad files. I must be doing something wrong. I have tried using the desktop manager. I don't know how to get the file from the computer on to the BB and then once in the BB I don't know what the next step is. I realize this is basic and I should know what to do. Can anyone take the time to give me step by step instructions on how to do this? I would really appreciate.
A JAD file is just an information file that points to either a COD file (Blackberry specific) or a JAR file (Java phones in general). If you browse to and download the JAD file with your Blackberry Internet browser it shoold look after it for you. That is what is meant by OTA (over the air install).
