I just switched from the pearl to the curve. I am having problems with the alarm on the curve. I set it on and it does not go off. i have tried several times and also checked the setting. Also when the phone is on lock, it sometimes just shuts off. anyone have the same problems? help? Thanks

Have you tried pulling the battery with the device powered on. Replacing the battery and testing?

Actually it does have the save option. You have to hit the button next to the call button that has the blackberry "BB"s on it. That will pull up the menu and you can save from there. At least thats the way mine is.

Mine doesn't have the "Save" option either. My wife's Pearl does, but my Curve does not.

The alarm still works fine however. Are you sure all of your settings are correct? I think the lack of a Save option is due to a newer OS, but I haven't experienced the troubles you are having without that option. I don't think that is the source of the problem.
