Hi All,

With BlackBerry Monitoring Service formally discontinued, how would you monitor a BES environment? What tools would you use?

I dont monitor mine, I check the event logs and users will inform me when something is not working usually. I have emails sent to me at various times so I know it is working on my BB device.

Beyond support for SNMP to allow other systems to monitor I don't seem to see any doco about how RIM suggest monitoring.
It would be nice to have a KB article explaining how to do what the monitoring service used to.
