Re: Software update
The OS may be corrupted if you tried to do the upgrade over the air. Download the OS and do it on a PC. If you have an older backup try that. The latest may be corrupted.
The information on the Blackberry company site indicates this is a know issue with some devices after doing an upgrade. They do not have a resolution.
You can also try a battery pull to see if a reload helps.

Re: Software update
It could be, do a wipe. It will restore to factory. Then see if it holds a charge.
After a wipe pull the battery, wait for a minute and put it back. If this does not help you may need to reload the OS .

Re: Software update
No the wipe deletes any added 3rd party apps. The factory reset should but may not completly clean the phone.
just do not put any apps back until you use it for a few days to see if it worked.
do a selective restore with contacts and email only.
if you restore the full backup it may put back any corrupted apps if that is the cause.
it's worth waiting for a few days.

Re: Software update
So tsac, what link can I use to download the latest software on my Q10? I am on T-Mobile and they are not pushing out updates anymore. I want to upgrade ASAP to SR 10.2.1.2977 (OS 10.2.1.3247). Thanks for the guidance!

Re: Software update
Thank you, but if I wish not to use Sachesi, then what link could I access to download directly when both BBLink and my phone both say that I have the latest software available (which it's not because 2977/3247 is!)

Re: Software update
you would need an autoloader and they wipe the phone first before updating the OS
