Empower: How do you open attachments?

Can see the pdf attachment in the email, but can't see any "open attachment" option in any of the menus. Thanks.

Weird, I assume you have attempted to scroll up to the attachment and click the ball in, and did not see open attachment?

you probably need plug the blackberry into the computer, open desktop manager and make sure Blackberry Attachment Service is installed.

Ahh great call fr0zen! That worked. Not sure how that got disabled. Had to also resend the service books, then all new email started showing the paperclip and "open attachment" in the menu. Maybe when the Empower program got installed these items became disabled. Other people have reported the same issue, and now have a solution for them.

I am having the same problem with Enpower Pro. I click on view attachment and I get a message that says, The attachments have been processed and stored in your NETWORK/home/mailattachments folder.
I do not know where to go to find them. Please help me?
