my torch 9810 seems to be working fine until today when i tried to update my bbm. after the update, it won't work anymore so i deleted it in my apps (will re install it later). when i tried to access app world it keeps on prompting a msg which says 'there is an issue with bb app world and it must close now'. so again, i decided to delete app world knowing that i can download and install it again. i did reboot my unit and afterwards, i opened the bb official website to DL app world but it keeps on saying that 'a communication failure has occurred. the server may be busy, please try again later....' and also, i can't setup and access my email with an error 'your device had a problem connecting to the server'
i've read a lot of forums and tried many ways to fix this but still it wasn't. i hope you can help me with this. i badly want to get app world and bbm back. :(
thanks a lot! i finally have my app world back after a couple times of resetting it because the error msg 'uncaught exception...' kept on appearing and i can't exit it until i restart my phone. when it finally worked, i tried to download some apps but suddenly it crashes again with this msg again 'there is an issue with bb app world and it must close now' :(
do you have an alternative solution for this?
after i did a battery pull it goes to the same error 'uncaught exception: applicationnet_rim_bb_facebook_lib(252) is not responding: process terminated :(
Generally the issue is due to internet delay issues or even a remote server issue.
RIM just indicates the user should retry. Are you getting this al the time?
