Hi,everyone:

Yesterday i found a strange thing about the property : i downloaded a demo from network , and it made an error like "Error!: warnings treated as errors". So i went to the project property to see the properties and i found that the property "treat warning as error" was choosed in the compile property. So i canceled the option and rebuilded the project, but the error was still .
The reason was that the option was choosed again.
Why i couldn't change the options of the compile property? I have tested the project in different PC , and the problem is also.
By the way, I can change the other project properties, such as Resources, Application,and so on

try to delete cod files in your project directory manually and to set property and rebuild project after this.

Hi,Skipper_Joe, I try the way you given and it doesn't solve the problem. I delete all files except the ".java" , ".jdp" and ".jdw", and I still can't change the option of compile property.
Finally , I open the .jdp file of the project with UltraEdit-32, and find the sentence as follow:

Options=-quiet -wx -deprecation

the "-wx" makes the property "Treate warming as errors" to be choosed. And when I delete it , the project is worked well.

But there is still a problem of the compile property, why I can't change the option? The .jdp file is produce by system , so I think there is something wrong with my system configuration .

Any ideas?

BTW, what JDE version do you use?

I'm using the JDE 4.2.1;
I tryed every project in my PC ,and all have the same problems , so it maybe something wrong with the configuration but not the project.
