Default what are key stores

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have began receiving a message: You are attempting to open a secure connection but the servers certificate is not trusted.
The name given is RCP.EU.Blackberry.com

Whatever I do, it still comes up everytime I log on.

When I accepted it, it asked me for a key store

Help!

Are you using BES?

What are you trying to connect to or with?

I think it's a store where you buy keys.

Someone asked about this the other day, and later someone else confirmed they are seeing it, too. And same URL also. Do a search and check.

I would have canceled the connection.

The keystore is the named directory created in the Import the Certificate as a Trusted Certificate folder location. Some web sites require a secure location that is know to users or specified by the Admin. As asked by Dubdub, is this a BES connection? If so a call to the Blackberry admin may help. If not, you may be in a web site that's restricted and you need to call the site owners.

Thsi is a simple explaination to a very complex process.
