I dont have internet/data services on my AT&T Blackberry Curve.
I am wondering if there is a way that I can connect my BB to my Macbook to access the internet to download some BB applications.

I have tried to install them through pocketberry but I am under the impression that the alx files are only for windows based pcs?

It is looking like I would only be able to install apps over the internet because I tried to load an alx file through pocketberry to the BB and it didnt work.

Any suggestions or advice. I rarely use the internet on my phone and I do not wish to pay 40 extra dollars just to get some applications.
