I just upgraded my Q10 to 10.3.1 and want to use blend. Every time i try to connect i get message that it is blocked by IT policy despite my phone being free and not on BES. Can some body help in removing IT policy. Thanks.

Free? If the phone is a company phone then the "work" side is controlled.
How are you trying to load the APP? Which side? Personal or work

you will have to request to your BESAdmin to enable this policy which is disabled by default and you need to be on BES 10.2.4.

Dear All,

I'm using my Blackberry Q10 and Z10. However, My both phone were limited by IT Policy. One is limited Camera and the other is limited by message. I was not comfotable for this. I have been searching many forums in the internet. But it's over or support for OS <10. Here is only talking about that. I desperately remove IT Policy from my both phones. Looking forward valued anyones...................................
