Dear BB Users.... I really need help because I don't know where else to turn to. I'm currently on the latest OS on my BB Q10 and I'm having an issue with the BB Protect. When I go to settings and chose BB Protect, here's the messaget that I'm getting:

Blackberry Protect Unavailable
"Unable to connect to the Blackberry Protect service. Please try again later."

I have full data plan and I even tried connecting to a faster connection (via WiFi) and still have no luck

Am I missing something here? Is it an OS issue (possibly)? or ...?

Any input/advices will be very much appreciated.

Did BlackBerry Protect work before, or this the first time you have tried to enable it? What I'm wondering is whether Protect is supported or not on your mobile service provider or in your country. I don't know either way.

Assuming it is supported, try rebooting, if you haven't already. If reboot doesn't fix it, try a reset. KB02141-Reset a BlackBerry smartphone

Can you try to disable the wifi and use your data instead.
