Hi,
When we delete a user sometime it goes to pending Delete State.
This can be manually purged if we go to Blackberry Manager--> User Pending Delete page and by Clicking a link "Purge User" under Account.

Can this be achieved by using some command with BRK ?
I am using BRK version : Brk4.1.5.14

This is not possible with the BRK / BESUserAdminService / Client.

That said ... are you having to purge users frequently? They should really be processed within about a minute of deletion.

So can't we have any alternative method other than manually purging from BES manager. Basically I want to achieve it programmatically. So can't we achieve this by writing some batch file ?

Yeah some time in our BES environment it takes quite a time for purging automatically.

No we don't have DBNS installed on our SQL Server.

You might look to it for help in speeding up the purging of users ...

That said, others have stayed away from it due to it creating sql performance issues ... heck, RIM doesn't even use it.
