This just started happening today out of nowhere, and it only happens when typing.

If I'm on the main screen, hitting the blackberry button takes me to the menu page like usual. if I'm writing a text, hitting the blackberry button will make the "sym" menu pop up..

While trying to type in a phone number, I type 0 and it automatically erases it.

I have tried:

-soft reset
-hard reset
-wipe all data
-plugging phone in

Please help!

Hmmm.. Did you get any moisture in the phone?

Not that I know of, I've been laying in bed reading all day and have had my phone next to me.

All the things I found about moisture issues led me to believe that they do specific things for specific keys, I haven't been able to find an issue exactly similar to mine.
