I have 9700 for tmobile which keep losing signal no matter where I'm at even where I used to get full 3G signal. It keep trying to pick up AT&T signal which turns to SOS. I tried both manual and automatic network selection mode but I can't find tmobile signal often time. I called tmobile many times and done troubleshoot and even changed the sim card twice...
2 options, maybe a defective phone, bring it to customer service at a store have it checked out, or defective sim card, same answer, sorry i can't be of more help
