hie iam trying to reset my password i have set a new password last night around 10 pm but have forgotten please do help using 8520

I can't actually read what you posted, but it appears that you have forgotten your password, yes?

If that is the case, once you have entered the password incorrectly 10 times, the device will automatically reset itself to factory defaults and you will be permitted to set a new password.

There is no way around a forgotten password. That's so folks can't break into somebody else's lost/"borrowed" BlackBerry. Type in the wrong password 10 times in a row and the device will wipe. Then you can start again with a new password. Restore your deleted data from your last backup. If you have no backup then you have to start again from scratch and re-enter your information.
