BlackBerry 8300 en BlackBerry 8830 foto's

Looks like it's the Vodaphone version of the 8300...for anyone that understands Dutch maybe you can translate if there is any extra info we've missed that is covered on that site.

Translated Dutch to English:
"The expectation is that RIM on 7 May, the day before the most important BlackBerry event, Wireless Enterprise symposium will introduce, a number of new BlackBerry devices. Of BlackBerry 83xx (probably the BlackBerry 8320) are this the photograph. Click on the photograph for larger format."

Those keys looks very similar to the Treo's keypad, but just bigger. Anyone else agree?

Keyboard and device looks like the 8700 to me, one of my all time favorites. I want one, hurry Cingular!

That's exactly what I was thinking. And I hate the Treo's keypad, I can't stand the domed keys, I need something flat I can push...domed keys make NO sense to me. If it's that bad, I might go with the 8800 instead...

It is just me I guess, but I find this BB hideous. Everytime I see it, I associate it with puppet's face. I wonder why the design engineers designed that lower half of this BB in such a way..... hmmm

No version of OS 4.2 on any device has done HTML e-mail.

But I have a feeling that OS 5.0 might do it, but don't hold me to it.

That'd be great if we could pull on the string and make it eat our MicroSD's.

i too look forward to this and 9000 series.

i was going to hold off on the 8800 but i managed to get a deal from rogers on the 8800.

i admit i was a bit of a 8800 kb basher but the thing is great.

it is the best looking bb so far and i have adjusted to the ball and menu button.

i still think OS needs to be tweeked to be faster.

It def. looks larger than Treo keys, but the 8700 so far has the best keyboard to me. I hope this has the same feeling, not the mushy ones on the 8800.

thats what i thought too (8800 = mushy)

not true...the dummy fon in the store is totally useless

i had a 7290 then 8700...8700 was great and i was a big scroll wheel fan

but this 8800 is great and u adjust very fast....kb is tight but i am use to it already after a week
