Anyway, I've checked. Often a carrier delays a week before posting an OS after a device launch.

Rogers has been very coy as to why they waited until the afternoon before the previously announced September 24 launch date before postponing the launch until today, September 30. Bell and Telus also announced a September 24 launch date but told their customers a week before that date that it would be postponed. A store clerk at Bell told me that the delay was caused by software issues, so maybe .225 was what Rogers was going to use for its September 24 launch before its last minute postponment.
It would be interesting to know what Bell and Telus used for their launch today of the 9800.
Haven't changed my device details or OS as I don't have an activation code for the BES yet. Guess it will have to wait until tomorrow before I get to use my new 9800.
