hi could anyone please help we have a blackberry bold 9700 my daughter swapped her orange sim card for her sisters 3 sim card then swaped them back over again to there phones since then the blackberry 9700 wont reboot it freezes half way wont start up correct thanks if u can help

The first step in any troubleshooting is to pull the battery. With the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, reinsert and let the device reboot. Does that fix the problem?
