I am a new Blackberry 8700e owner through Verizon.

I am also a business owner who receives about 200+
emails per day through my business server. Most of that
email is spam.

I set up my Blackberry to receive email through my business
server account. I am assuming that any email that is sent
to my PC business server is then forwarded to Verizon and my
Blackberry.

Here's the problem....

My server and Verizon do not work together.

Any mail received on my Blackberry that I delete is not actually
deleted on my business server. Any email that I delete on my
PC business computer is not removed from Verizon's server.

In other words, if I don't turn on my phone for 2 days I have
to spend 10 minutes receiving and deleting over 500 messages
because even though I deleted those emails off my business
server using my PC, they still got forwarded to Verizon's server
and need to be deleted again.

How can I set up my Blackberry so that any mail deleted on
my business PC also gets removed from Verizon's server so
essentially I am not getting the same email twice?

In order to get a seamless sync of all email, you will need to be on BES. Standard BIS supplied by carriers won't do email sync.

There is also a sticky thread on hosted BES which may suit your needs and also RIM releases a slimmed down BES for smaller use that should be discussed in the RIM software forum. BES gives full BB functionality that people come to love. True wireless sync etc. and full folder support and two way sync. Stands for Business Enterprise Server.
