You need to supply more information. Just cannot connect does help us much to guide you in a resolution.

Here are a couple quick things to check .....

Does you company use BES? If so you will need to talk to your IT Admin for activation.

If no BES, have you registered and added your work email to your carrier's BIS?

Logins work with Palm VersaMail but not BB?
Folks,

Since I can't post URLs yet do to not posting 10 times. I'll have to explain with odd examples.

My last phone was a Treo 650 and I was able to set up versamail to use my work outlook/exchange email account. I just plugged in server info: http exchange."companyname".c0m
and my username domain/username

then password and it worked.

www sprint.blackberry com requests the same info:

-serverweb address
-Email name ? not really sure what this is.
-username
-password

when I plug in the info, I get a "server may not exist" warning.

Basically there are 2 ways to access email on the BB, BIS or BES. As there are a bunch of threads on BIS/BES, I wont get into it. You can search the forums and read the posts on how the work.

Sounds like you are trying to setup BIS at your carriers website. Have you even read the help/faq section on your carrier's BIS site? Below is a link from the BIS HELP/FAQ ...... at the bottom is a link for adding a Microsoft Outlook work email address.
