Default BlackBerry 7100t shown on TV series Las Vegas

Please Login to Remove!

After making a fairly frequent appearance on the UPN TV Series, Veronica Mars (along with about 10 other handhelds/phones), the 7100t made an appearance last night on the NBC hit Las Vegas. Delinda Deline handed one of these to her Amish cousin Seth to use as a "cowbell"...

...she referred to it as "a PDA/Cell Phone/Digital Assistant that even has Global Positioning" (she may have said GPS, but anyhow...)...

Just thought it was rather funny.

They also showed a 7100t on NCIS last night. McGee (the computer nerd) had one and was using it to IM the bad guy while standing right behind him.

Default 7100t

I was setting one up today for a woman at work. Do you find the double letter keys to be a problem typing? Did it take a lot of time to train yourself?

Thanks

It works really well for typing emails.. the only annoying thing is if you are typing somebodies email address and it doesn't switch to ABC mode.. anybody know the short cut key to toggle between ABC and suretype?
