Default Auditing Password changes

Is it possible to audit OTA passwords from the BAS to see which particular admin user administered the command. Is it stored in any of the Log files?

Not sure, what you mean. I would have a different account for each administrator of BAS, so you will see who has done what.

If ten Admins use the same account to manage BES, you will never know who has done what, even if you could audit password changes.

Hi,

The client has 40 admin staff that all have the ability to send OTA passwords to devices. A user had his password changed recently without requesting it and the client are trying to find out who sent the OTA password and why.
