I just purchased a BlackBerry a few days ago and I'm quite happy but there's one thing I can't stand is that I that the phone is programmed with the wrong phone number. I tried to go to options -> advance options -> SIM card but I don't have SIM card. Is there another option to do this by myself or should I go to my and ask them to change it.

If it's on verizon you should be able to get to the network program page by typing ##000000 and send. That will get you to the "CDMA Service Edit Screen." From there you can just change the Mobile Directory Number and the IMSI_S.

It's with Koodo. I decided to go directly to see them to fix the issue because it was a huge mess. I wasn't getting twitter, facebook, windows live messenger, etc. Now it's all fixed, thanks for the reply.
